The reason i choose to go with a tubular manifold is throttle responds and avoid boost creep. Plus that Manifold set up would look freaking wicked in the engine bay. Also the EFR turbo has a Gamma Ti rear wheel other then the inconel, which has less then half the inertia, that is going to spool wicked fast.
