look at the pedal assembly..there is a nut on a rod that goes through the pedal..you just thread the nut up or down to adjust. very easy takes 4 minutes

The pedal is where its supposed to be. Its like there isnt any force behind the pedal. Like i have to press it all the way to the floor for it to engage.

How many miles on the clutch? Seems like the clutch is going out. Is it slipping?

I'd check the slave cylinder (have a buddy watch the slave cylinder as you push the clutch in and let the clutch out, it should move about 1.25").

If the slave cylinder doesn't move - you can try bleeding the clutch line to ensure there is no air in the line and then try pushing the clutch in/out again.

If that doesn't help it could mean the slave cylinder is shot (roughly 50$~) or it could be a bad master cylinder.

Those would be the steps I'd take to troubleshoot it.

Did you try adjusting the pedal out? If not do so.

If this still does not work I would last resort try bleeding out the slave. Then after that it is time to drop the tranny and take a look

EDIT: LOL Bink beat me to it
