Cost effective?

Is it worthwhile to port the stock intake mani and get a 65mm TB? Will be running 91 octane, may be 100 on a Evo IX.

Trying to stealth in Cali, this is what I got or going to get thus far:
RC 750 injectors
MBC
3.5" Garrett core FMIC
ETS LICP
Walboro fuel pump
Drop in filter
HKS GTII 7460R ported hotside with their new cam package
3" downpipe
Aftermarket O2 housing
RRE HFC
Ported exhaust mani
Aftermarket catback exhaust

Appreciate any constructive input.

It realy depends on your goal. I think the porting is worth it since its cheap if you do your own labor. i did that while other things were being done to save double labor costs.
