Insurance prices...
I'm 21 have full coverage on a 97 Saturn 92 camaro 03 Harley 1200c and an 05 evo and pay 305 a month progressive saved me a lot of money and I have two speeding tickets and an accident on there lol
I just turned 28 and I pay like 700 every 6 months with a clean record. It seems to me like you jumped into something without doing the research. The smart thing is to sell the Evo, and get one at a point in your life when you are more financially stable.
I'm 23 and I have two vehicles.
I have a 2002 Escape 4x4 with the 3 liter v6 that has 200hp, and of course my 2006 IX 5spd.
I pay $565 a month for the IX, and $315 a month for the Escape. Then I pay $240 a month through AAA insurance for full coverage on both of them. I'm 23, accident in 2007 and 1 speeding 9 over in 2009. To go through AAA insurance you have to be a member, so I also get the towing benefits. And I find the AAA card saves me money on random things like hotels and such.
565 + 315 + 240 = $1120 a month for two fully covered vehicles. It helps that I make 6 figures at my age, I couldn't imagine doing that making anything less than 70K.
You get the point? No way should you have 2 cars unless you can spend under 25% of your monthly income paying and insuring them. I make good money even and I'm wishing I only had one.

its just your age (18) and how they classify the evo 7-9. After 25 you get a drop in insurance rate. I remember the place I went through was backwoods Ohio casualty group. they charged me 1,183 every 6 months on my 8. It was because the evo is a "high performance sports car" it was insane. I was like 24 years old then. I'm 34 now and have a EVO X and I use prgressive. costs me about 800 every 6 months....I'm not sure the X is classified the same way as the 7-9
