What is the diference between this two?

From what i think i understand

The ZT-3 only reads AFR more acuaratly.........thats it

and the ZT-2 reads AFR, Lambda, Boost, Vacuum and EGT ....somehow and i guess it wont be acuaretly as the zt-3

Iam asking because iam looking to get the ZT-1 and a zeitronix gauge to go along for looks purpose

I currently have the aem wideband but i want the zt-1 data log thing for a nice tune

 

Zt-3 does AFR/Lambda and has wideband output and narrowband output.
Zt-2 does much more. It's an engine logger with alarms bells and whistles disguised as a wideband.
Both Zt-2 and Zt-3 are robust designs, made in USA, work with Zeitronix gagues, DashDAQ, log on Zeitronix ZDL software, Evoscan and other 3 party loggers.

 

So if i just want to keep an eye on my AFR when I drive, do some datalogging once a month to see if everything is okay, and get tuned , what do I need ??

I once bought an innovate motorsports wideband and all what i got was a gauge, the lambda, the sensor and a cable to log, so that's all I want.

 

To see if everything is ok you need AFR and as a minimum engine load (vacuum/boost) and RPM. So you need the Zt-2. To just see AFR you can use Zt-3.
Both Zt-2 and Zt-3 log and work with Zeitronix software and with Evoscan, MitsuLog etc.

 

Any discount available for the zt-3 ??
