I had to adjust it harder but have no flutter and only run 7psi right now.

Once i'm done with the lancer an evo will be my next project... i'm just waiting for the RS to come out and trying to pay off my motorcycle.

ATM, its cool to have bov Flutter.. i bet you didn't know that a lot of guys have it here, as its part of drift culture

 

No way, I don't think that flutter sound is cool because it makes your car jerk. Your BOV makes that sound because it doesn't open that early, so I recommend that you have to try to adjust it softer or take the smaller spring out.
