Because a Tial Q is a VTA (Vent To Atmosphere) BOV (Blow of Valve), not a BPV (ByPass Valve). So your going to go wide open throttle, shift, car is going to bog. Then you going to complain that your car runs like s**t and doesn't shift right. EVO's are not meant to have a VTA unless you do other modifications (Search: Speed Density) to the car and get the car properly tuned for it. The EVO community usually hates to see people "rice" out thier cars.
In the end, yes, it is your car. But, if you install the Tial Q that you have bought (as stated in another thread) I am just warning you now, don't b***h that the car does not run right unless you complete all aspects of the conversion.

if you want to run a VTA BOV, you have to go speed density. If you you have a MAF car and you want noise, just get a loud recirc BOV, and an open filter intake. It will make plenty of noise then. with an open filter, even the stock BOV is loud.
