SRI, Reflash, Test Pipe?

First off, I appologize for the stupid questions. Im a new member, and Im not exactly a mechanical engineer!

1. What is SRI?

2. What is a Reflash

3. When using a Test pipe, do you still run a high flow cat after it?

Thanks

Peace.

Reflashes take your car's stock computer and adjust some parameters in order to hopefully make more power.

Test pipe replaces your second catalytic convertor altogether.

3. No. You choose either the testpipe or the highflow cat to replace the 2nd cat. Testpipe is straight piping so it can allow for bigger gains on top end (but loss of low end without accompanying breather mods - intake, throttle body, intake manifold) than a highflow cat, which still has some filtering material but not nearly as much (which will provide less on top but of course less low end loss).
