+1 on the Kelford 272s I swapped them for the BC 272s in my 1g and there is no comparison.

what's up man. welcome to the forum. I'm not too far from you either.

My mod direction was pretty much the same as your when I got my evo a year ago.

I went with:

-tbe
-intake
-intercooler (i got it for a good price and couldn't resist)
-IC piping.

Definitely go with an upgraded LICP. I also went with an upgraded UICP because I bought them together. I originally got the upper pipe for the stock battery, but now I have the short route and I intend on relocating my battery to the trunk. I wouldn't bother with a small battery if you go with the short route. From what I've been reading it doesn't hold up well to the cold weather that we've been having here. Some people are different, I must admit, but having a full sized battery is fine with me. As far as brands I went with a complete ETS setup(LICP, UICP, intake), just so that everything fits.

My TBE is a full buschur. I love the way it sounds and looks. (i didn't want a big fart can sticking out the rear.)

Cams, go with the GSC s2's or kelfords. I'm personally going with the s2's and thier beehive springs.

The mods that Jalal recomended are great too.

Oh and I know you wanted an o2 dump, but if you want, I have a megan o2 housing for sale. I was going to put it on, but I just snagged an AMS kit so I'm not going to go any further on my stock setup right now.

Welcome, i live in montville about 15 20 minutes from you. I drive an 06 ww mr. I have an ams intercooler and it defiantly helps in the summer when it gets hot and humid. I will be doing gsc s2 cams this summer and be around 400hp. Right now i am tuned at 360 by sean ivey.

I definitely DO NOT recommend ANY Megan products to anyone. A buddy of mine pulled his Megan O2 housing off his car, and there were pinholes all along the welds. You could see light shine right through them. He lives here in Jersey and I held and saw this all for myself. No bueno. Not worth it.

Damn another Wayne/North Jersey evo!! haha...congrats on the purchase man...as far as your mod this...this is what I suggest...

Samco intake pipe & Perrin air filter...
Buschur Racing turbo back exhaust with your choice of resonator & muffler...
Toxicfab new 02 dump, highly suggest it, best quality and fitting 02 dump out there, PM me for details...here is a link...https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ve...dump-look.html
880cc injectors are good for stock and most stock frame turbos
GSC S1s are nice but kinda mild...I suggest S2s but then you will need spring and retainers, I love my S2s...
If you are staying with stock intercooler I suggest the ETS LP2 LICP...
Hallman Pro RX manual boost controller...
Walbro 255 fuel pump...
Gauges are up to you...I like Defi or AEM gauges...
Then I suggest getting a tune from Ivey...
But I also suggest picking up a tactrix cable and downloading EvoScan & ECUflash and learning how to use the software and read up on tuning yourself...there is a ton of good info in the ECUflash section...

Welcome to the forums man. Names Mikey, let me know if you ever need anything.

I will go ahead and reiterate what some have already said.

I would not go with GSC S1s. The S2 make about 25whp more than the S1s and spool the same. I would def just go straight to the S2s and when you upgrade to a larger turbo in the future it will still be enough cam for a large frame turbo.

Also the HKS bov tends to leak over 30psi. I would invest in a better bov. I know you stated the tial, however the tial is a VTA bov and with you running the MAF still, you will have idle problems and the car will be very picky and batchy. If you do a tial you should go ahead and convert to Speed Density and remove the MAF.

Like already mentioned, don't grab an injecter under 1000cc. The 1000+cc injectors give you room to grow without having to buy larger injectors. I seem to idle fine with FIC1450s. I really like the 1450s but some people don't like to go that large on the stock turbo. Depending on who will be tuning your car they recommend 1200cc max.

Well we are here to help, so let us know if you ever need anything. Enjoy your evo man

A 255 pump will be good to 500whp on pump gas. If you go over that or decide to do E85 you will need a double pumper. Stock injectors I don't like to take over 360whp so upgrade those to at least 1000cc injectors so they give you some room to grow! The stock fuel rail is fine. I ran mine to 500whp before I changed mine. I could have taken it higher but they are fairly cheep and look nice so I went ahead and changed it. You should be able to make it work! I personally hate the stock UICP but an aftermarket wont give you more hp, just looks nicer Np on the help. Glad I can.

I don't think they make an adapter for the tial, like the one that's made for the greddy. If you find one, let me know!

If not youre gonna have to get an aftermarket one.
