First i'd like to say i am glad to be apart of this forum here!
and then i have a few questions. I will be getting here within a week or so a 2002 lancer oz rally. I am just wondering what are some mods i can do that won't cost a TON of money. But i ill have some to spend! so just let me know!

 

i would take it slow and just buy an evo as long as the price is right.

 

well i am only 18 so an evo is kinda out of my budget. but i already bought the oz.

 

From what I've heard, the Lancers don't respond much to performance mods.

I would do the following:

Intake (sounds nice, looks nice, better mpg, maybe 2-3 hp)
Short Shifter
Tint
Lowering springs
Rims
Audio (If you're into that)

If you put an exhaust on, just be prepared to be picked on by a lot (and I mean a lot) of cars.
