02 sensor location

I heard that the rear 02 plug is under the pass seat but were. Do i have to take the carpet up? If so can i just cut a slit in it under the seat?

Thanks

It is under the carpet. It is much easier to get to with the seat out. the seat is easy to remove its only 4 bolts. You then have to pull the carpet which will require you to pop off the plastic door sill and kickpanel. Overall very easy to do and I hardly ever do any work on my car because it just intimidates me lol

The slit is there. Tight space, but it can be done without too much hassle.
