coilovers??

I have a evo 8 and im trying to decide which coilovers to get. Right now i have bilstein b14 pss but they arent damping adjustable and arent as stiff as i would like. Every time i go down a driveway or in a dip my tires rub in the rear so im hoping if i get stiffer coils it will no longer rub. I also canyon my car pretty often and am looking to take it to the track soon so i want something stiffer for better handling. I do also daily it but its pretty smooth around here and bumpy rides dont bother me at all. I have under $1500 to spend and right now im looking at APEXi N1, APEXi S1, and Stance GR+Pro. If i could get feedback of those or any new suggestions that would be great. Thanks in advance!

if you're looking for a very good, well built coilover that performs well, go with fortune auto 500 coilovers. great product and great R&D goes into them. really good customer service as well. can't beat them for the price.

Yea one of my friends was gonna put those on his s13 and i just didnt like them. I also would be willing to spend the $350 extra for the Stance. Thank you for the input though!

I would have to agree with your budget on getting Stance coilovers.

KW coilovers are a little more expensive than what i wanted to spend. I guess i could save up the extra $700 if they are that much better than Stance but I was looking to get new coils soon and i dont know if its worth the extra few weeks or other parts that i could buy.

Why didn't you like them? For the price, I got custom spring rates with the option for Swift springs. I went with really stiff springs (12kg/15kg) and helper springs in the rear to help with daily driving. In autox, they are proving to be superior to my old Bilstein/Swift Spec-R setup.

I just didn't like the way they rode and in my opinion stance makes better coilovers and I am willing to spend the extra $300 to get them. My other friend has stance on his s14 and I just think they handle better. Maybe thats just his setup so correct me if I'm wrong. And if stance is better I am willing to spend the extra $300.
