It would make sense to me when installing a new wastegate on a turbo that the wastegate should be totally closed right? I bought and evo turbo that had the wastegate actuator taken off it. I bought a used wastegate actuator separately. Everything just about matches up except the actuator looks like it needs to go in a couple turns at the bottom for it to keep the gate closed. As of right not it sits on there fine but the wastegate is open slightly. Should I turn it in a lil till it is fully closed when installed? Thanks.
