eh, I can tell you now why the engine bay looks half-assed. You can see that he put in the parts to build the engine for a bigger turbo. I guarantee he took all the other mods off (exhaust, intake, IC piping, maybe even bigger turbo) and slapped on all his stock parts that have probably been sitting in the closet.
So either A. the car was built up, but had issues so he sold off all the 'easy stuff' to remove,
or B. Maybe he got tired of it, and returned it as stock as he could without major work.
either way, I bet there was more to the car before.

That specific evo has been floating on the Seattle Craigslist for a over a month, there for a week-expire-repost. Something has got to be fishy with it if it's not sold yet. Be careful and maybe have a mechanic take a look at it when you do.
