Had a guy the other day at the gas station look at my wheels and then proceed to ask me if my name was Ray. I couldn't make that up if I wanted lol

 

lmao, i was pulling out of a neighborhood after picking up a friend of mine and heard one of the ghetto kids say something, while crossing in front of my car, so I asked my friend what he said, and she started laughing. The kid said "Dam...its one of those evo's i keep hearing about, these things are fast"

 

Pulled out of a gas station yesterday and a guy goes why do you have that wing on that sedan lmfao

 

I took my friend who knows nothing about cars for a ride when i first got it to show him, and show him some speed.

He was like " Holy ****, Ive never been pushed back in my seat like that before, does it have NOS? "

I felt happy..

Then the other day I stop at a red light and look to my left and the guy is laughing and he rolled down his window and said , im not even going to try.

 

Also, When i first took my uncle for a ride in my evo, I launched it for him, and his glasses fell off lmao

So I make reference to my Evo (recently purchased) and a co-worker starts talking about how the sti is the best thing since sliced bread. "It's turbo'd. And it's awd. And it's fast. You shoulda at least got a turbo'd car for that much money."

this is so true.. when i bought my X like 10 months ago.. the sale person told me that super sport mode was only for the cars in the USA, Canadian cars didn't get that feature. Nor did they get launch control.. lol i called her up on my way home and told her that yes the car does have super sport mode and launch control. she asked me to email her with "how to engauge the feature" lol " push it in to sport then hold for 3 seconds" anyways i wish they were tested on what they sold..
