hi all! picking up my 2006 Evo IX MR on sunday from a guy in chicago. been doing nothing but reading these forums for the past 2 weeks since i found the car i wanted. I have a history with the 4G63, previously owned a '97 GST, a '97 GSX, and a '97 TSI, but i have never been quite the same since i sold my GSX many years ago. I recently had a 2009 Eclipse GT i bought new off the lot, but even the V6 couldn't make up for the lack of boost and AWD. Back in my DSM days, i always wanted an Evo VII or VIII, but could never afford it. Sold my Eclipse a few weeks back with the direct intent of getting an Evo and getting back into tuning. Used to love making runs on the tracks with the GSX with a modded ECU, loved looking at the output graphs.

My plan is to start with a full turbo-back, flash, and various shifter and engine-mount stiffening to get the car up to its full potential. People on here seem super helpful and nice, so I hope I will actually be able to give back to the community at some point.
