My friend spun out due to a blown tire and landed inside a fenced dirt area of a park. Got ticket for driving off road even though the car had 2 flat tires and 2 broken wheels.
Judged laughed so hard he teared up. I was there for a witness and we showed him the pictures from the accident.

I got a ticket that said "Speeding". No radar used, no speed recorded. That one got thrown out quick.

Turning left before 6 PM in a residential area. WTF. Worst part was I was behind a Cavalier who turned left first and the cop admitted to letting him go.

Years ago, when I had a '76 Scirocco and quite a bit more hair on my head, I was pulled over by a sheriff. He came up to the car, gun drawn and said, "Do you always drive like that?" Figured it would be best not to say anything, secretly hoping that the blond with a pair of DD in the passenger seat, cleavage displayed, would soften the blow. She didn't. The guy wrote me up for everything he could; literally handed me a stack of yellow paper. I've never seen anything like it before or since. If he could have cited me for, say, interstate fraud, I believe he would have done it, too. At least the girl was very sympathetic.

i used to have a '98 m3 sedan with a long list of mods and got pulled over in a baseball park for "speeding in a crowded park", funny thing is the 6 cars in front of me were all my friends, including a slammed honda accord which was right in front of me and could barely make it over the speed bumps. guess the cop just felt like being an a$$hole and make a scene in front of everyone.

Dumbest ticket I ever got was, driving around 2am there was a dead animal in the road. Swerved the car to avoid cop pulled me over wrote me for failure to maintain lane. When I explained he said already wrote the ticket sorry fight it in court. The prosecutor dismissed it but I still had to pay court fee.

Back when I had my STi and I used it as a daily I got pulled over in the winter months by a state trooper for doing the speed limit, not 1 over not 5 over but THE SPEED LIMIT, saying that I was driving too fast for road conditions. And he asked if I was blind because I couldn't see that I was passing 4 wheel drive trucks in the slow lane. I tried explaining it to him but he had no idea what AWD was and he kept saying you kids and your modified front wheel and rear wheel cars are the people who wreck the most in the winter time...........

This is what I hate most about the process. Not only you lose a day of work going to court, you still have to pay the $%^&* "court fee" even though it's a BS ticket and they throw it out.
I suspect some cops know this and they milk you for that.

I've gotten pulled over twice for "having tinted windows" only to have the cop ask me to roll up my window for "reason to believe i have tinted windows" and when i roll it up, its clear as day..

The 3% on the back 5 windows definitely makes the car dark tho, so I can't blame him i guess.

Got pulled over in my evo about a year back. Cop says its illegal to have blue headlights..I'm on factory hid and stock temp hid bulbs. He tells me to get out to show me my own headlights and their lit up white as Michael Jackson.(rip). And he still says its blue and I point to his police lights and i tell him that's blue and my headlights are white and stock from factory. He started walking away and mumbled just told me to slow down lol and I never speed on public roads. Ticket free.
