what Fog Lights should I get for my oz?

I wanna get some fog lights in my car. But there are so many choices and so big of a range to choose from. I know the piaa lights are good, but I also know they are expensive. If anything goes over $100, strut bars are my first choice. But the salesman tells me that the ****ty brands don't last long or something. So... What do you guys think? Would the cheap ones be ok, too? If they're not gonna last, then I'll just save up to by piaa ones. but that would be after getting my strut bar and all. help me.

There are factory fog ligths to place in the opening in the buttom part of the bumper, they use H3 bulbs and then you can replace them with a PIAA bulb

Well, you see I have a 2001 Mitsubishi Lancer, but I live in the Dominican Republic, and my lancer came with the fog lights. I'll try to send you a photo of it. And to find out the price of the fog lights.

Factory fog lights

I haven't done any real research but so I could be way off, but factory options are generally more expensive than Superior aftermarket options. I doubt Mitsubishi is going to waste time trying to compete with the aftermarket for your Fog light dollars. They will probably be quite expensive, trying to sucker the fools that can't do it themselves into paying major bucks to get their factory ones replaced. I know GM does it this way. I got an estimate of $210 to replace a single fog lamp one time.

What I would really like is to install an H.I.D. system on the car, since is a H4 bulb I would loose the high beam. For that I would need to find a projector headlight convertion for the lancer. And I haven't found one. And if soo then I would have to play with the wiring of the headlights.

but the fact that the factory fogs sit so so nicely in those holes on the bumper (lancer cedia of course)(have u seen pictures) makes me want them - - - they look 100 times better than any aftermarket piaa fogs n my opinon - -- check out creative sports website and see the pics . . .

For those of us willing to spend on the expensive factory fog-lights, we need to know:will the Cedia fogs will be a direct bolt-in to the US lancer or will some modding be required?

Well, at the end, no one actually was interested in getting the fog lights, because they where very expensive, but I could find out there current price for you, if your interested on them. I would say that they should be a direct fit to the US lancer, since my bumpers are the same as the US one.
