Is this a good deal?

Hey I'm a 16 year old going to be turning 17 in a few months and would like to purchase an EVO. Well I'm going to take your advice since I'm just starting to learn about Evo's.

Doubt it if your looking to spend 12k on an evo your gonna end up with something with high miles that probably needs a lot of maintenance and TLC..

Yeah i agree with you on that one. My brother in law bought one a year ago for 15000 and it was a 05 Evo with about 98k. he lives in San Fran. If you take your time you might find one, but its going to be hard. Good luck finding one.

You get what you pay for most of the time. I paid 10,000$ for my 03 evo 8 with 72k miles. but it had a rebuilt title, and seems like it is a lemon, clutch is bad, headgasket went out, tires were half bald, ha.. bad body work and paint on the repaired part of the car..
Id save up and search for the right car

As long as maint. was kept up high miles on an evo are nothing.

The price is not that bad in my opinion.

kbb listing it as good gives it over a 14k value.
