the es does not come with a rear sway bar that the oz does, but the oz one is crap so that would need to be replaced if you have an oz that you want to upgrade the suspension. the stock exhaust on the es and oz are the same. any exhaust that is compatible for one will be compatible for the other. the oz has a rear lip so sometimes the exhaust tip may be too big and melt the lip a little so you have to be careful. other than the sway bar i dont know of anything else that is different other than cosmetic stuff.

Cosmetically they are not the same but as far as engine and suspension go I am not sure.I work for an exhaust shop and we do carry Magnaflow catback systems for the OZ edition only.I think the exhaust may be different.

There's nothing different internally, only a different body kit, two more speakers, a stock spoiler and the sway bar. The rims are different as well: ES is 14" rims with a 4 X 100 while the OZ is 15" rims with a 4 X 114.

isnt the es have like an all grey interior? the oz has black with metallic pieces. and the ls has like wood grain i think. so its not the same at all. all the pieces can be switched out from an oz to a es, but the colors are different and the stitching on the oz is different too.

OZ 15" 4x114.3 OZ wheels, ground effect includec(front bumer lip, side skirt, rear bumper lip), black interor, black/dark blue seats, white face gauge cluster, has rear sway bar, front strut differ than ES, EVERYTHINGELSE IS THE SAME

I dont think the rear strut bar on the OZ is crap. If I am not mistaken the aftermarket bars are worse because they are more prone to crack.

Differences (for the NTH freaking time): Front suspension, lack of rear sway bar, no body kit, different wheel lug pattern (4x100 / 4x114.3), interior (gray or tanm, no "sport touch" steering wheel, shifter knob, trim pieces, gauges), paint choices, lack of cruise control. Mechanically beyond that, the cars are all the same.
