So car looks a little bit different know. Painted the Heat Shield black, fixed the front lip (previous owner broke the clips on the inside and tried to fix it with Gorilla Glue. 3M Tape FTW!!!), and had the windows tinted (5%). Also had really bad rubbing issues in the rear so I had the fenders rolled. This is how she sits as of now.

I realized that I have been massively slacking on the update department on this build so I figured it was time to one:

Kinda been slacking in the update department on this thing. Haven't done much to the exterior of the car.

Cool build soo far my man. Im new to evom and the evo community myself. Been looking a long time for an evo since i totalled my BMW 325i a few years back. I drive a lightly modded 07 FA5 TW Civic Si at the moment but just recently put a down payment on a mint condition 06 EVO IX MR. Cant wait to get familar with my new evo and the rest of the community!

Oh really that's awesome. I'm glad you didn't buy it cause I love it lol. I was kinda shocked when I got it a found out that the entire exhaust was already done and that it had an ETS Intercooler and LICP already installed on it.

Anyways here is and update on the car. Been dresing up the engine area a little bit.

 

Thanks for the heads up. Thankfully auto theft isn't a huge problem where I live.

 

Friend of mine just picked up an 07Civic SI. They are really nice cars. Congrats on your find. I know I was looking for 8 months for one myself. They are great cars and hella fun to drive.

Yeah it was an awesome car, i just didnt want to deal with making it pass safety and emission with the turbo back and external dump then putting it all back on did they end up putting a cat on and putting the stock 02 housing back on or did you buy it as is? did the exhaust turn out to be a buschur turbo back? and it looked like the innercooler may have been buschur too but the dealer didint know enough about it and we couldn't find any names or serial numbers.
