Need some electrical help

I have an 03 GSR.
I installed a head unit, which I have done in all the cars I have owned.
I did everything correct, all of the head unit controls and features work properly.

However, my dash lights are VERY dim, HVAC's don't like up, and my passenger rear tail is out.

I searched this topic and noticed that it was a pretty consistent issue, and most users found that they had blown a fuse; which I have done. I replaced the 7.5a fuse but only to blow the new one.

Now my question is, where should I begin to look for this issue? I checked behind the HVAC control unit and didn't see anything that grabbed my attention.

Also, this last week I noticed the left bulb in my HVAC unit went out so only the position of air and the 3 and 4 only lit up rather than "1-4" on the HVAC and the cold to hot was out.

Any input guys?

Like i said, I checked all the fuses and have replaced them; and they continue to blow. Which means it is not a fuse. It worked fine til the head unit. I can't find a short, and if it's there I haven't found it.

Did not splice into any factory wires. Bought an adapter harness from cartoys. As of now I am at a loss. I am stumped.
