noob from OK. looking for 1st Evo

Hello! Names Christian from OKC, OK. Tired of the fwd game. I've been in love w/ Ecosystem for awhile just never owned one. Coming into some nonstandard in looking for my 1st Evo purchase. Found the site threw searching online for Evo sales. I have found a few one the website I am interested in. Just need this damn $$$ to come in.

So tell me. What are the "bad habits" of the Evo? Something's to look for when purchasing one? Other than normal car wear?

Are buying a 8, 9 or X. I purchase my 05 Evo last year Oct 2010, it took me almost 8 months to find one I want, so take your time and take it it to a shop that deals with Evo to let them take a look at it.

Good Luck.

Look for a stock one if at all possible.

Im looking at either an 8 or 9. Prefer EB or BBY. But other colors are alright. And why do you say search for a stock one? Any particular reason?

it doesn't necessarily mean it wasn't raced or played with, but at least there's a chance that it wasn't.

It's certainly possible to break a stock car with abuse, and it's possible for a modded car to be in amazing condition and be perfectly reliable. But given the same abusive behavior, it's more likely the modded car breaks. You also don't have to worry about installation error, etc.

my opinion is to buy the 'cleanest' car you can afford in the color you like. Most of those will be stock, or at least very lightly modded, and the color is hard/expensive to change (and unless your changing to Apex Silver, it won't make the car any faster :P )

Excuse me, I think everybody knows that GG is the fastest color.
