In no specific order:
ETS
CBRD
AMS
Nisei
Those are my top choices. All a quality parts that will work with other manufacturers piping, or stock pipes.

I would get the Garrett core in the ETS if that's what you choose. The Garrett cores are superior, and offer great performance and consistency. Do it right the first time and save yourself some trouble down the road

Theres a AMS full kit with tial bov for $1100 in the forms from another member. Really unless your going to throw down 550+ hp almost any intercooler will be fine but i like my AMS.

This. There are a lot of different companies that make FMIC's with Garrett cores. I have the CBRD FMIC on my car which uses the 3.8" Garrett core.

Which is better between CBRD and ETS 3.5" Wide Tank?

I am in a similar position. I am looking for a new intercooler also. I have it down to the 3.5" ETS Wide Tank or the 3.8" CBRD. I am having trouble choosing between the two though. I have an Evo IX SE and want it to be bolt-on and to not have to trim the under tray. Both satisfy this criteria. I can't find anything that tips the scales except for that the CBRD is 3.8" and that their service is top noch. Everyone loves and raves about the ETS intercooler though. It seems to be the benchmark for every other intercooler out there, and for the price, I am having trouble not getting that one. Can anyone offer any advice to me? Has anyone compared these two back-to-back, or changed from one to the other? Thanks.

ETS and Buschur! Both are top quality units and work amazing! Never short change yourself on a intercooler.
