Need Help

All right heres the deal, I'm about to buy an Evo I cant decide what to do. After a few months to read the forums about buying modded evos vs stock and buying clean etc. etc. I found one. What I WANT is an 05 or 06 closest to stock as possible 5 speed Evo with less than 50k, here is the car:

06 5 Speed SE 60k miles - 60k service they are unsure about, carfax had it listed as a corporate fleet vehicle 2 previous owners, only confirmed mod is Shepherd T-case which they have the reciept for as well

My big question is how big of a deal if 60000 miles on an evo, minus the 60k service. The car is clean, engine bay is immaculate and the car. Say the 60k service was done as well as money is not an issue, as I am about to return from deployment in a few weeks . I appreciate any feedback and Merry Christmas to all.

60k on an evo isnt bad at all. Still has plenty of life in it.

if its clean and the price is right pick it up, there are evos running around with 200k on the stock motor. 60k is nothing.
