I love being able to compare both when someone pulls the "my sti is 10x better than your evo" card haha

Just got the evo a couple days ago. Not much done to it the old owner has the greddy bov. Injen intake. Greddy turbo timer. Believe me been looking online for a good parts place anyone have any suggestions on that? To answer the question definately the Evo. Pulls harder on the 2nd and 3rd gears. Seems to run smoother the the sti did. I'll be loading some pics later on. But it's pretty much stock. I'm the next month I'll be looking to tune on the 91 oct map. Any one know a good tuner in Vegas???

MAPerformance.com for most of your aftermarket needs, and Mitsubishiparts.net for all your OEM parts.

Congrats and welcome to the site.
I myself wanted an sti even though I always loved the evos, but I made the right choice getting into an evo.
As for parts OEM mitsubishiparts.net is really good and for aftermarket try out extremeturbosystems.com they are really awesome on making quality parts.
You can also go to the top page and hit the vendor tab, and it will show a huge list of all the vendors.
