Nice STi, you have a clean look going on there. Are those replica Advan wheels..? I have only seen those a couple of times. I don't know why people who have STi's sell them and get Evos and vice versa..they are so comparable on the track, I never really understood that.. especially when they have been modified and all the money and wrenching done. Oh well, to each their own I guess.

Because once you start modifying they aren't even close. My Evo with pretty much the same mods as my STI is without question faster in the 1/4 mile and has wayyyyyyyyy more top end not to mention handles much better right out of the box. The one thing I disliked most about my STI (besides the crappy stock seats) was it had 0 top end with the stock turbo. I would have a really hard time going back to an STI after having my 9.

Don't let the Evo owners scare you away from Evom.

<<Also has an STI and has been here for way too long now.

Welcome! Your 330 is my favorite of the bunch.

I like the STi too, but I can't picture myself driving it, haha.

Have you ever driven an evo?

When the new front facia of the STI came out in 2006-2007, I was like wtf? that thing is ugly! Now I actually prefer the 2006-2007 front better then the 2004-2005 face. Welcome.

Sorry to say, but in this case...the grass isn't any greener on this side lol.

I've heard that, many times, and I still like both cars; ideally I would like to own one of each!

It's alright, I'm not scared; I've just been under the weather for last couple of days and unable to post!

I believe this is a great community, as well, and am looking forward to posting here as I can!

Thank you! I have driven an Evo IX, only a time or two, but I really enjoyed it - great car!

Ha! I hated the front end of the '06-07 as well, when they first came out; then I ended up really liking it and yeah...

I'll post some more pictures later today; the car was making 344 rwhp and about 280 wtq @ 10.5 psi. I've got some dynos I can post.

I drive the Si, daily; I only take the STi out on occasion, it's just very-very low.

Thank you!! Nice! At times I think I should've just got an Evo X instead of the Si...
