nice cars... lol you can't tell those are real Advan RZs... ? They are fairly common... had a set when they first showed up couple of years ago on my STI.

I bet that Bimmer rode nicer and a lot more comfortable than the Civic or STI. I came from an STI also and I got tired of the motor issues and worrying about ring lands popping.

I am on my second EVO and never looked back. I am however contemplating on selling it and giving the JDM scene a break. Welcome to the EVO world. You seem to be fairly meticulous about what you put in your cars so I am sure when you do get an EVO it will be clean and pushing some good power.

like someone else said... BMWs are nice because even if modded you don't usually fall in the supped up car category and don't lack the luxury stuff that all JDM cars do. Maybe I am getting old and tired of my EVO that rattles from everywhere

After owning both back to back my guess is your STI wouldn't get many miles put on it if you owned a CT9A. I'm actually starting to like my Evo more than my boosted C5 Corvette as crazy as that sounds.

You're probably right, albeit, I'm happy with my STi for now.

If the oppportunity presents itself, I would enjoy owning a clean Evo X as well though!

Thank you,

Thank you, I appreciate it!

The stock wing was cool, it just looked awkward with the rest of the Voltex aero, but it's still a nice factory wing.

Yeah, out of all of them, I like them the best as well. It's kind of funny because I hated them at first, then I ended up buying one... lol

Thank you, I appreciate it! You have to be the first person to ever compliment the side skirts, they always get hated on!

Thank you for the support everyone, I appreciate it!

I miss my FA5... if it was white I'd probably still have it. Definitely a great car.

wow nice sti man. i think sti and evo are both great cars. it all depends on how you build them. they all come from similar platforms and both have pretty good potential. It all about how much you want to spend. if you spend $30k on sti, you will get a FAST sti. if you spend $30k on evo, you will get a FAST evo. but you should come to the Evo side. we welcome you and we will always help/support you with knowledge and other things you need.

First off, welcome to EvoM.

Your past cars look good. I immediately have respect someone that has respect for all performance cars, not just the one they're currently driving.

That STI looks fairly track prepped, where in So Cal did you run it?

Aren't all gear heads created equal? I think the same thing can be said within each community, a lot of the time you see what you want to see...

You can get worn out here too if you allow yourself.

Welcome and enjoy your stay, regardless.

It really is a great car, it's so damn good- I've left mine 100% stock. Of course, more power would be nice, but it does quite well as is.

Thank you, I appreciate it! Who knows, I might end up in an Evo some day, time will tell!

I believe this community has a lot to offer and, again, appreciate the support!

Thank you for the welcome, I appreciate it! Thank you, I try to be respectful of others, at all times.

Thank you, I haven't really run the car much at all, albeit that was the original plan. However, as time passed and the amount of money invested increased, almost exponentially, that idea slowly faded away.

You're correct, we'll always see what we want to see; at the end of the day, I'm just tired of the Subaru community.

There's simply no respect, or value, for authenticity or building with a general sense of purpose or direction.
