Has anyone seen or tried these $75 cai's? I was thinking about getting one but wanted to know if someone who has a name brand cai could tell me if it looks like it would fit.

 

It looks similar to the Injen and AEM ones, but I'm not sure how much testing was done to them. Injen tried different elbows on their kit before they actually found a decent hp gain. But assuming these are similar in design to the others, it should fit manual only.

 

I saw it last night surprisingly for the first time. If it is the picture shown it should be similar to the injen I have. It turns left at the bottom into the wheel well area. There seem to be a few more pieces and the MAS adapter looks different but it should work to answer your question.

I have an auto and you say it will only work with a manual. Why wont it fit?

 

auto transmission gets in the way of the pipe from what i understand

 

has anyone ever installed a manual cai on an auto and made it work?
