I have been using this forum for about 18 months since the X tuning scene stateside is far more advanced than in the UK. So I thought it might be time to introduce myself as a fellow Evo enthusiast.
I am a LGV driver [trucker] and live in South Wales, UK. I drive a X GSR manual in phantom black which I have been progressively modifying over the last couple of years. Currently the car spec is:
Cosworth 2.2 stroker
Darton liners
FP Red bb core
Prostock manifold
Supertech valves, springs and retainers
Kelford 214b cams
ID 1000cc injectors and Aeromotive 340 fuel pump
Exedy HD twin plate clutch and flywheel
Scorpion twin exhaust system
AMS intercooler with hard pipes
AMS induction kit
Uprated brakes, coilovers [Intrax] and suspension bushes.
Seibon cf bonnet, front splitter and rear diffuser.
The car currently runs at 441bhp and 498lb/ft at the wheels.
It is my daily use car and is fast-road setup.
