After 4 years....finally back in a IX! :)
April 2013 update @ 32,000 miles:
Enkei NT03+M - 18x9.5 +27 (Pearl White)
Kumho Ecsta XS - 265/35/18
Ichiba 10mm spacers w/ extended studs for fronts only
McGard wheel lugs & locks - gold plated
They look great but I do have a few concerns:
1) I did a mild roll in the rears only, which helped, but now it rubs by the rear bolt. I may have to relocate this but would prefer not to.
2) The fronts look like they stick out a lot - I may consider getting an evo fender mod.
3) The fronts are rubbing on my mudflaps and the lower backside of the fender liner at full lock.
Would it make a big difference if I were to switch from 265 down to 255 or 245 Hankook v12's? Would that require a little less modifications to avoid rubbing in the front? To be honest, these Kumho’s have a lot of road noise and ride a lot rougher than I was anticipating so I am considering buying a different set.

Beautiful IX btw
Thanks!
Luckily my buddy with a X (white one from this thread) switched tires, so I threw on his stock X advans (245/40/18) with 3k miles on them and all my problems went away lol. I'm not running any negative camber, etc., just balance, alignment and I was all good. I did a test drive around town with 3 heavy people in the back and I had ZERO rubbing. With the Rally Armor mud flaps I had to trim around some of the edges in the front so that cured my rubbing at full lock.
BEFORE (thick sidewall):

AFTER (a little stretch):
June 2013 update @ 33,000 miles:
OEM JDM MR 8 headlights - Brand New in Box
Yellow Nokya Foglight bulbs (9006)
Hella Twin Supertone Horns
Whiteline 24MM Rear Sway Bar
Competition Clutch Stage 2 w/ OEM flywheel & TOB
So after running on the BBK Full Ported turbo @ 27lbs for about 1.5yrs, the stock clutch began slipping at higher rpm's when on the highway. It was just a matter of time considering the amount of torque output with this awesome turbo.
I couldn't decide between ACT HDSS & Competition Clutch Stage 2 and honestly, it came down to what the shop had available in stock. I've only added 200 miles (as of 6/3/13), and I must say that engagement is smooth and pedal stiffness is just a bit more than stock. And there's no added noise. It feels very grippy so after I break it in (500 miles), I'll see how well she holds up.
Also, I noticed an immediate difference with the rear whiteline bar - feels a lot more planted with less body roll (think go-kart). I also ordered the front bar & roll center kit, so I will update on how the car feels then.
