Just thought I'd pop in and introduce myself. Last week I was moving my truck and motorcycle from CA to OH and I realized that I hate towing a trailer. Long story short, decided to make it someone else's problem when I move and ship my motorcycle from now on. Traded the truck in and picked up a new octane blue 2012 Evo GSR.

I have to say, all stock but I really love this car. It performs so well in corners and delivers smooth power for a really enjoyable driving experience.

I'm moving to Kiev for a year, so it will be garaged. I'm really going to miss it, but it gives me something to look forward to when I move back to the states.

(and I've already heard a hundred times "why would you buy a new car right before you leave?" - because I can, and I felt like it)

 

Congrats! Just grabbed a 2012 OB MR myself last week! These things are siickkk!

 

I have no complaints. My brother has a VR-4 and was very insistent that Mitsubishi engineered great machines. He knew I wanted a rally car, so encouraged me to go with the evo. So glad I didn't get the STI instead. I left town this morning, I already miss my car!
