Finding a low miled Evo IX around chicago is Tuff, a 8 i could see for some reason the ix sells for more here and are harder to find. The Want is really high near and around chicago cause they sell for 24+ here and have been for awhile. Keep looking and travel to get one, if need be. Also have it garaged or get a x2 alarm system as Evos in chicago are known to disapear.
