harsh vibration sound at 4k and low manifold vacuum

OK let me begin with about 2 months ago my timing belt broke. Its stripped 10 or so teeth off the belt and the exhaust valves hit the pistons. I removed the head and removed all the valves. I installed new supertech valves and ground them in with a lapping compound. I reassembled the head using assembly lube. Put I new gates racing timing and balancer belt on. All timing marks lined up properly. Engine now starts up and idles. However my manifold vacuum at idle is somewhat low. Sits at about 12-14ish. Also has this very harsh sounding vibration sound coming from the engine bay. I can't really tell where exactly is coming from. It starts as I rev up a little before 4k and continues up through the power band. Its sounds almost as if the engine sound just get extremely loader and is rattling every bolt inside of it. Among the hundreds of possible things it could be could maybe be be the valves not holding in the combustion and is leaking out into the intake and exhaust? Seems kind of far fetched but who knows. I am currently out looking for a good vacuum tester and a leak down tester so I van do more checking cause I don't own one myself. And ideas or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ben
