Evo 9 stock bov

Before you guys can say there is alot of topics on this, im not here to ask which is better or how it works. I just simply want to know if one of you can post a pic showing the bov on an aftermarket ICP/Intake pipe.

I ditched my hks bov as i did not want to bother with all problems you get when vta. I read on how some think there is no proper way on installing a diverter valve aka air by pass valve while others say it does. So i just want to make sure i got it in right.

*Okay I edited the part that don't make sense so it won't confuse anyone anymore lol

Here is a pic of how I installed, which by looking at the one below it looks like I have it wrong.

Basically the way i see it, looking at the valve through the inlets you can see the pin that opens from one side while on the other side you can see a sealed cap or whatever you want to call it.
Well I believe the pin side needs to point to the IC pipe going to TB while the cap/puck goes to your air intake pipe this being because once the pin is pulled the cap/puck opens thus recirculating air back to air intake or am i wrong?
Not really too sure what you meant at the end part but I'll try to get a picture for you tomorrow morning. Shoot me a pm so I dont end up forgetting lol.

Definitely not the best picture but this gives you the right idea. Bottom of bov towards the uicp and side of bov down to the intake

Alright guys so after driving the car right after I switched the bov the second time I notice a more lighter pedal not literally, but in a quicker response. The only thing that tells me I have it on wrong is that I cannot here the bov anymore. The only thing I could barely hear is if someone had just squeezed a fart....yeah that's the only thing I could hear basically just air. So, I'm going to install the bov to how I had it the first time at least a made a bov sound. And, yes I have an open air filter. I'm still waiting to see if someone else can chime in show or say how its supposed to be installed.

Thanks guys for your cooperation!
