As the title states I'm probably one of the few female Evo owners on this forum. From my perspective the Evos demographic probably isn't girls. But besides the point, I got into Evos because of my brother who had an Evo 9. I didn't think I would learn to actually like the car, but I did. He told me about these forums after I got my evo so here I am.

I just turned 17 a few weeks ago, and my parents gave me their X6, but I just wasn't happy with it. So I chose a Evo X
I'm not the typical girl who just wants to drive a BMW or Mercedes and I actually prefer the looks of an Evo X.

So just wanted to introduce myself.

Not a "troll". And I don't like to talk about having rich parents. I clearly just stated facts. I drove an X6 for a year and got a Evo. That doesn't make me rich.

How would you like to "know for sure"?

 

You're 17 driving a brand new evo. Your argument of having "rich" parents is invalid.

Also, by "knowing for sure" just means making sure you aren't on here just making unneeded threads for no reason throwing out the "girl" card. It's hard enough to get respect in a male dominated community. The last thing people want to see is people just making threads for no reason.

If you drove the R8 for a year and then upgraded to the Bugatti, remember. You're not bragging you have rich parents.

people, quit hating on the girl. she just wanted to say hi, i have an evo 10. this forum used to be alot kinder and more information orientated. welcome to the boards, there is still a TON of useful information and people on here.

So what if she is 17 with a new Evo. I got mine new before I turned 16, had a friend get one when he was 17, other people I know got new a STis at the same age, and even a few friends I have now have had them from that age as well. So it really isn't that uncommon
