Just coming in here to introduce myself, my name is steve and I just traded my subaru for an 03 evo 8 last week. After building a sti and wrx I needed a change and stock twin scroll (gawwd the boost is quick). I plan on continuing to auto-x and am looking forward to next season as I think the evo is much more responsive both suspension and throttle wise. Here's a little brief about the car ( apologize in advance for wrong names/grammer lol)

I would have liked to buy one that is more stock but I could not turn down a straight trade. Unfortunately Ive already got a throttle position sensor code that I need to research. Sorry for the wall of text, hope to meet a few of you from the va beach area and learn some good stuff from the site!

 

 

I'd consider that pretty stock. I'd hesitate if it had a fully built motor and monster PTE turbo. You should be good, good buy, nice car and good luck! Loving the white BBS's on BBY, looks great.

Congrats on the trade! I think it was a great trade, I mean no money from either owners! Ha made!... also a 03 with 90k is pretty good! My 05 srt 4 had 99k and I sold her a month ago in order to buy my evo 9! Love it!.. again man congrats looks clean!
