Exclamation Car being towed and not by flat bed

Hey guys car was towed and now my asc light came on and now fluid i think from tc is leaking out now.... Now my q is is it leaking from brether hole that i here about tc cases being over filled.. or did towe truck driver really break my car when he pulled it from spot

so really he just messd my car up huh, i called lawyers and they said it would be hard to prove that they broke my tc, so help please how should i go about this! cars is brand new only 9,000 on it when i bought it and now it has 11,000 on it the car drives no nosie but my light still on... is there any way i can have the dealer prove that they broke it and not me.... What am i to do cause im a out of luck please help....

Take it to the dealer and see what they say is broken and what can cause it...my guess is whatever exactly broke cant be busted just by driving it....good luck man...you have a battle on your hands with the tow truck company...dumb asses!!

Document everything, name of the tow truck driver, company... everything. You cannot tow an AWD car with two wheels on the ground as it will destroy the transfer case.

You're probably out $5,000 in parts and labor at least.

Thanks people for your answer's It's at the dealer now waiting to here back whats wrong with my brand new baby that some body else fried up..... And now its not cover under warrnety so waiting to here whats wrong and hopfully I pray not a crazy bill from

put it this way improper towing PME fried my for diff and back might be fired to basicly i got a new tollaed car worst case sanrio 6700 or more least 4500 or more holy tihs they killed my new car!!!@!!

whomp whomp whoommmppp its in the car manual to NOT have it towed unless its on a flat bed..... by by drivetrain.


Why was it being towed to begin with? They are going to say it was already ruined i hope you know.
