Hello Evolutionm community.

I am a new owner of an 03 evolution 8 and just wanted to introduce myself. I didn't think I would of purchased an evolution 8 so quickly but got a good deal on it and the dealership started the paperwork before I even knew it or took a second though about the purchase. I had been looking for an evo 8 for a few months no but haven't seen one that was really in my budget and worth the asking price.

Well anyways, the car is an 03 rally red gsr model. Completely stock with 102,800 miles. The car was a 6 ower car, I will be the 7th. Previous owner was a lady in her high 20's who had traded the car in for a new VW Jetta.

As this car will be my daily driver, I haven't thought about putting any major upgrades into it yet. The first few things I would like to get done are some maintenance since I have no record of the Timing belt or any major tuneup being done.

Well these are the photos taken by the dealership. The weather is crappy and the car is dirty now from driving it home and to work in the snow/slush.

As for the seibon carbon fiber hood, I'm looking to get rid of it for a oem Rally Red Hood. I'm not too big in carbon fiber hoods.

Nice purchase but I HIGHLY doubt it's been stock it's entire life going through 6 other owners. Hope you got a good deal on it.

 

Thanks guys, And yea, I gave the dealership a price from 9500-10,000 and they took the highest offer I gave them. I couldn't pass on it then.
