I'm new to the forum and just wanted to write a few lines about myself.

My name is Matthias and I'm originally from Germany.
Currently I'm in the process of moving to Florida and will therefore need a new daily ride.

At the moment I own a Nissan Skyline R33 GT-R vspec and of cause I would love to get another one, but as we all know it's next to impossible to get a Skyline imported to the States.

That's why I decided to buy an Evo IX MR.

I already have a few plans in mind, including aerodynamic/visual modifications.

I would love to get the Voltex Cyber Edition body kit including the wide fenders.

But is this kit street legal? I'm not used to the regulations in the States, but I assume that a certificate from the NHTSA is required?!

And what about performance modifications? Don't you get into trouble with the EPA?

I hope that you guys can point me into the right direction.
