Do you acknowledge another evo on the road?
Evo is even more rare in Canada where it wasn't legal for import until last year. My car has the UK Evolution IX badge but I still get a lot of 'Wow, what is that?' type questions.
Everyone and their mother has an STi. Nice cars but the interior on the Evo IX is a little more grown up. Exterior too, without the hood scoop. On the track the STi can be an understeering little so and so while the Evo will hang with the much more expensive sports cars. Power seems to be added to the Evo more easily if you're sticking to bolt-on's as well. Those are the differences that sold me. I wanted an STi for years and years but I realize now it was just because I didn't know about the Evo!

As i have already said many times Evos are So rare were i live its good.
alot of folks know what it is but never seen one thats actually owned by somebody lol. our dealership only got in 8 evos total from 2003-2006. one evo in every color but electric blue and NO MR EDITIONS PERIOD lol. Only one of them was a EVO 9 and that was ordered by mistake they said. The only blue by you one they got was wrecked in two days of ownership im the only one rocking blue and i had to fly up the PA to get mine. If i saw a evo on the road which is like as rare as winning the lottery i wave. Now like everybody else we have plenty of sti Mustang s2000 AND the 350z is hot down here.
