Hey Im sure there are a million people out there like me, but I have to ask. I am a 100 percent newbie to this game. My friend is trying to get me in, but he lives so far away it's kinda hard to hook up, ya know. If anyone is really nice out there and wants to drop me a message maybe tell me what I need to do to get started, besides getting a car, I would be greatful forever. Please don't laugh at me. BTW i love this site. I went to a hundred evo sites trying to find the best one. This is by far number one. Thanx everyone, Totally
Agreed, welcome. I guess my question would be what do you want to do? Do you want the show side of import cars (I assume you want to get in the world of imports), do you want to get in the straight line pissing matches (drag racing), do you want handling, or a combo of all of them.
Honestly Id say pick up a few Sport Compact Car magazines if your after some technical explinations, and just read. You should start to pick up some of the ins and outs.

my story (if anyone cares) is pretty simple. I am 18 yrs old and about to graduate high school. My dad told me if i get good grades my freshman year in college i'll get a car. he went on to add if I get Straight A's all year i'll get one hell of a car. He is a man of his word and as hard as making dean's list may be, I'm going to work my *** off. Especially if it lands me an Evo. When the time comes, I want to know what I'm talking about and doing. That's about it.
