I need some help with a problem:/

Hello girls and guys, I drive a 1998 eclipse gst. I have two problems. One being my clutch gets stuck when going from first to second occasionally. and the other being my radiator fans don't work!

Radiator fans: Start poking around with a multimeter. Check fuses, relays, wiring, Coolant temp sensors (yes, both of them), the fan motors themselves... Anything involved, really.

Clutch: Make sure nothing is obstructing or bent at the pedal assembly or the slave cylinder. Could be a lot of things. Since it's not consistent I doubt there's a fluid issue but I've seen weirder. TOB could be hanging up, master or slave cylinders could be sticking, could be a pressure plate issue. Does it stick when you make hard left turns?

I can't find the fuses that go with the fans:/ but the thing is I just got an new Oem clutch it's just about the only thing stock on the car. And no it's only when I push the car to about six thousand Rpms out first when I'm punching it (which I rarely do)
