Next mod for my setup?

OK, here's the deal.

I have a manual OZ.
___AEM cold air
___Buschur downpipe

There is an axleback exhaust sitting on my porch awaiting install (assuming FedEx didn't lie).

Currently, I am somewhat unhappy with my performance. I don't drive terribly fast, but I like to get up to speed fast. I want to get the most power/torque possible in the 1-2k rpm range. What would be a good next mod to get the lower end power/accel?

My thinking is a high flow cat. It's an easy bolt-on that should help the car exhale.
Mr. Buschur said it will help by adding a few HP, but not much. I'm not going to PM him a third time to say "be more specific," so I'm posting. Help me out, folks.

Yeah, that's a consideration too. Although that might be awhile.

A) gotta save up
B) RRM is kinda annoyed with me currently (gotta hope they forget quick)

Just do intake stuff right now if you ask me. You dont really need more air going out until you have a **** load of air coming in. I agree with the other guys. Get the intake manifold and the throttle body for now.

a test pipe will cause you to loose torque as you will be losing even more backpressure. get more air in before you let more air out.

intake or any mod of the like is your best bet, or Piggy back ecu

I'd say piggyback is the only next mod that will improve your low end torque... the other mods will only decrease that and make your high end torque better..

Mods for NA to increase performance:

Header, intak, exhaust, bigger throttlebody (and ported manifold), bigger MAS, underdrive pulley, bigger cam, bigger injectors, SAFC, SITC, short shifter, fuel pressure regulator, NOS, a better clutch for easier engagement etc etc

Note I said these will increase your performance and not your HP.

intake manifold is felt more in the top end...3k+...i'd say get the piggyback and then work your way up the intake, you have aem cold air, then get the TB, then maybe the manifold...
