Did anyone paint their Evo 8 Tail lights red? Wondering if anyone did this.

 

There are a few people that have, me included. Just did not want to spend $300+ on new taillights. They turned out pretty good I think. Only downside is the reverse lights are now pink. I have been thinking about switching the turn signal and the reverse lights but have not gotten around to trying it yet.

 

how did you go about not painting the white turn signals?

 

Masked them off with tape so the paint would not stick, there is a nice line on the lights to follow. My lights look like these: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...g&pagenumber=5
