Washing the EVO 8?

Hey gang,

Is it ok to take my new EVO through a car wash? I cant image the cold water going through the heat extractor onto the hot engine can be good.

if you really love your car, wash it yourself. also, always wash your car in a well shaded area and when the car is cool. if you still want to take it to the car wash, just make sure you remove the antenna.

Please dont take it to the auto carwash. (It would be like leting someone else wash your girlfriend

)
Washing and polishing is such an intimate way to bond with your lovely Evo. If you use a really good system Like Zaino its real easy to keep up with. After 4-5 coats of polish (or any other good wax) The dirt just kinda slides right off

Agreed! I take pride in knowing my car is spotless.. To me washing my car is an event... lol
