can someone explain how to read the stock turbo gauge in easy to understand terms, I'm slow

The guage is in BAR, One bar is 14.6 psi roughly. So take what bar you are hitting and multiply it by 1.3 bar * 14.6 = 18.98 psi. This should help getting you into that thought process.
