New to the forum but not so new to Evo's and needing a little help. I want to make sure I order the right tuning cable for my car and it seems there are several different ones that some say work and others say do not work for the car. I searched the forum and could not find the answer I need.

So, Is there anyone who could help me with purchasing the correct cable and or adapter to flash my car. It is a 2003 Evo 8 and it already has a protune but I want to be able to changed small things myself and have some background in tuning other brands of imports.

To answer your question about the cable. More than 1 option will work. I'd recommend a tactrix 1.3u as it logs a little quicker on the evo 8. However a tactix 2.0 will also work well.
