New - Wanting to own an EVO

Just wanted to say hello, new to the site.

I have been an avid EVO dreamer for many years, but still have yet to pull the trigger because you know, life.

Getting closer to making that decision. I would love to end up in an EVO X. I don't know much about cars honestly, but always love learning new things. Have had a 3000GT, Civic SI, and Rx8 in the past. Never modded. I prefer reliability.

I have began checking out newbie post on here, if anyone has any advice or comments, would love to hear! I don't know what year might be best to look at. To be honest I am wanting to stick to 20 - 25k MAX, so not sure what I can really get with that :\.

Thanks guys. Take care.

Hi Nate, Welcome

Yes, please browse around & get some ideas.

At one time I was very much anti EvOX, but have learned to really like some of the differences between that platform & the EvO9. The 4B11 engine really has some benefits over the 4G63

Hey, any pics of that 3000GT?

Wow, quick response time!

Do you think I would have any luck finding a decent EVOX for 20 - 25k ? :0

Will try to upload my 3000gt now. I was 18. Could never afford to trick it out and make it pristine. Just stock, but always loved it. One of my fav. cars to date.

Thanks Nate

Have always liked the look of the 3000GT, thanks for the pic of yours

Hey, not sure about the X prices but owning a 9, we have seen our prices appreciate a bit (above KBB prices)

Keep us posted on your progress
