Yeah, you need 15 days as a member & 5 qualified posts. A qualified post is one posted in a Tech forum (General, engine, susp, ECU etc). Posts in Show & Shine or even on this forum dont count towards the total

Once you get the 5 posts & 15 days you will have full member privileges
